How payment works

Pay on line

Online payment is made through PayPal, the most reliable and secure provider to process electronic payments.

Once the payment is processed, the system will automatically reserve your seat and the voucher will be generated in the client’s private panel. Both the client and the administrator can see the transaction as ‘online payment’ from the desktop and the identification of the transaction will appear there.

Offline payment

Make your reservation in a normal way, when you arrive at the payment method choose Book and pay later,  in this way you will receive an email with the bank details of Vive a Todo Cuba Viajes S.A. de C.V. company responsible for todocubaviajes.com

The transaction will be displayed both in the administrator panel and in the client panel with status ‘pending’, which means that we have received your reservation but not your payment.

When you decide to make your payment, enter in your control panel and choose to pay online or pay off line, you can see the transaction in your private panel where there are two buttons:

SUBMIT PAYMENT RECEIPT if you decided to pay at the bank or with electronic transfer.

MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT which will link to make your payment through Paypal and your credit card.

How to send payment receipts

If you chose to make Bank Deposit or Electronic Transfer, select the document you want to send in the first box, then click on the SUBMIT button.

This method allows you to send the photo of the receipt provided by the bank where the deposit or electronic receipt capture emitted if you make an electronic transfer through your financial institution made.

We validate your payment through the administration panel, where we will change the status from Pending to Approved.

The time it takes the issuing bank to transfer the funds to our account will be the time it will take to validate your payment. (24 hours approximately).

After the approval, we will send you the confirmation keys for your flights and all the necessary documentation for your trip.
